| Our
Job Order Contracting (JOC) program started in July of 2004 when Spokane
Public Schools awarded BCI the first JOC for a school district in the state
of WA. Our success with this contract led to additional JOC contracts with
Washington State University, The University of Washington, and Washington
General Administration. We were also awarded a second JOC contract with
Spokane Public Schools in 2008. Thus far, the BCI JOC team has successfully
completed well over 300 work orders worth over $20 million. Our JOC team currently consists of a Program Manager, four Project Managers, a QC/Safety Manager, a Contract Administrator, and four Field Superintendents. Our JOC team members have many years of experience in this unique project delivery method. This experienced team has been successful because of a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration with the customer, subcontractors, designers, and the other key stakeholders in the JOC process. |
