Burton Construction, Inc. is first and foremost a builder.  We own tools and employ the personnel capable of using them. Our success in constructing projects from the ground up is reliant on the best Estimators, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Craft Labor in the industry. Our Superintendents have worked up through the ranks as craft laborers gaining both the knowledge and experience necessary to lead on site. In addition, nearly all of BCI’s Estimators and Project Managers have gained their experience working out in the field. That hands-on construction background allows for crystal clear communication with owners, field personnel, and subcontractors.

To date, our most significant projects include; the construction of the Tahoma Woods Apartments, two 8-unit apartment buildings for the employees at Mt. Rainier National Park, the Mount St. Helen’s National Volcanic Monument Headquarters Building for the US Forest Service at Gifford Pinchot National Forest, Washington, and the Mental Health Outpatient Building #40 for the Department of Veterans Affairs in Spokane, Washington.

for the construction of these major projects, we draw from a large base of our own skilled employees as well as an expansive database of highly qualified, vetted subcontractors. However, we do understand the value that new construction has on the local economy and guarantee the endeavor to employ the services of qualified subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors local to the construction site.
